What does this question have to do with Rap & Hip Hop?

It's "If wearing a mask works so well...?".

Not everyone wears masks or is practicing social distancing.

Because a lot of people do not use them.

Exactly my thoughts as well. I don't think it has anything to do with social distancing or mask rules or whatever. But you're right. Makes you wondrr doesnt it. Why wont it end. Is itreally a cocid problem...or..

Because there are large numbers of people who are non compliant.

The virus in the US is way, WAY beyond what masks can do alone. They do a bit, sure - but the US needs to take other measures.

And the parties are not stopping. I see them from my back porch--people shoulder to shoulder without masks, singing and cheering and shouting. 

Because so many people don't wear masks or keep social distancing.

Because a lot of people still aren't wearing masks or limiting their contact with others.
