Does being (in this case, MTF) genderfluid affect your career prospects?
I am talking about a 50per cent (average) incidence of coming out to colleagues and bosses. And I'm talking about a medium level of 'cross dressing' in the office, from minimal to full on presenting as a woman, even if as is the case with genderfluid people, this is episodic, ie, say one day on two days off.

How much it does or does not, depends............ The industry your in, where you live, most importantly is your, over all presentation, persona, fashion, personality, your abilities, ect, pretty much like anyone else, unless of course your employer is a bigot at heart.
