I am using Thunderbird for email and I want to remove categorization by subjects(All the "greater signs")

I'm not a regular user of Thunderbird, but I have used it now and then as one of my end users insisted on it.
It looks like you have the Sent Folder View set to ALL. Try changing the view for the Sent folder to see what each one does to the problem you're having. Don't worry, changing the View won't affect any of the emails or their data.

Sorry. That's part of the theme design in later versions. You would possibly need to revert to version 60 for a different basic theme layout. Postbox is similar to Thunderbird and has a different look, but has a cost also.
