Certainly. Don’t let the ‘arrow’ of time being in the direction of increasing entropy throw you.

Think about two systems, one with decreasing entropy and one with increasing entropy. Is there a difference in time for the two systems? No.

Time is related to space and form together a unified manifold of spacetime. Entropic processes occur within that spacetime. It is a natural process that over time useable energy tends to get evenly distributed to the point that no useable work can be performed. Maximum entropy. Time, on the other hand, marches merrily along.
