We don't KNOW you (you don't even have a Y!A Profile to help us!), so you can't expect us to actually KNOW what you DO! But among the things you SHOULD do are:

👽(1) Find something relaxing (Play 1940s jazz? Listen to Soul singers? Watch musical movies from the 1940s & 50s? Some people find that going for a 5 mile run or mowing their lawns relaxes them. Many people find that playing with an affectionate cat or dog is very relaxing and helps you ignore then forget the bad thoughts - but I doubt that your current accommodation & life-style are suitable for a pet's NEEDS) to IMPROVE your mood, and

👽(2) CHECK your typing and CORRECT its punctuation and word-gaps BEFORE posting it.

Whereas a skim through your recent Questions indicate that you SHARE/WALLOW IN that negativity - you even put THIS unanswerable question with NO relevance to canids, into the DOGS section instead of in the PSYCHOLOGY or some other relevant section. I studied Educational Psychology in 1958 & '59, and did some "wild psychology" in 1959 through 1966, but have now been retired for several years so cannot be bothered thinking back to what other sections your questions MIGHT be appropriate in.

You should also:

If a Question hasn't received even ONE worthy answer inside a fortnight I suggest you delete the question - but MAYBE one of them is almost worthy of being awarded the Favourite Answer points. As you are almost out of points, perhaps you haven't yet realised that awarding a BEST/Favourite Answer ALSO refunds to you 3 of the 5 points it "costs" to ask the Question. I suggest you look through your older-than-1-week Questions  and try to find a worthy answer. Some of your questions are old enough that Yahoo has probably "locked" then so you CAN'T choose a BEST Answer, and no-one else can add a new answer or modify their original answer.

Not much you can do, negativity is everywhere these days.  Everyone is on edge, everyone has pent up emotions,  no where to go, locked up at home & everything gets on your nerves.  There are millions of people who feel the same way you do cause of this virus
