What do you think of the boy's name Morris?
I know originally a surname, but there's just something that I find so ruggged and handsome about it. What are your guys' thought

Refreshing to see a real name which is spelled correctly! Love the name because it is uncommon and a real life strong name for a boy.
Don't second guess yourself on this one!

One of my great great great grandfathers was Morris Esterhazy but I've never been able to warm up to the name.

Great. If you have another boy , you could call him Austin. Shame about the third though, he’ll get teased called British Leyland.

Well, honestly, really old and quite the nerd. I don't find it rugged and handsome at all, sorry. All the Morrises I can think of have been around for a while.
I do love surnames as first names though. If you started a new question asking for surnames for a boy's first name I'd be happy to give you a list of names I do find rugged, handsome and modern/young

You may not be old enough to remember the cat food commercials with Morris the Cat. THAT'S what I think of when I see Morris. Plus, I am not a fan of the nickname, Mo.
