    That's easy.  Willemstad, Curacao.  Tropical climate, great beaches, stable (and sane) political climate, logical approach to dealing with COVID, good economy, and close enough to the equator that they don't get hurricanes.  In other words, it's got everything that the Orange States of America lacks.

    Can't beat it.
