What kind of college the electoral college?
Yeah you know there’s been a lot of talk lately about that election and my boy Barry said nobody knows won but the electoral college will decide who won. You know I studied electronic at Grantham University but I never remember hearing anything about the electoral colleges. Where is it?

It's not a college in the way that a university is. It is another use of the term "college".
On a date in December, in each US state capitol, the "electors" meet and cast their ballots for the US Presidential candidate who received the most votes in that state. They sign a number of forms. Then, those forms are delivered to Washington, DC, and are counted by the US House of Representatives. The candidate with the most votes becomes the new US President on 20 January.
