    Is Unhealthy and Less unhealthy what you are asking? No such thing as a Healthy soft drink. Just drink water instead. Want to make it flavorful? Add some lemon or lime.

    There is no such thing as 'healthy soft drink'. They are all just sugar and chemicals. Juice is no better. Just drink water. It is much better for you anyways.

    Worrying is FAR more unhealthy than if some food is "unhealthy."

    Know the truth:  you are going to die.

    You can worry, or you can simply enjoy what life you have.
