Who is the best white American NBA player?

I like how Alexander counts Blake Griffin as white but not Curry.

Larry Bird is obviously the best. But among current players, I'm going to go on a limb and say it's Tyler Herro. I mean, I think most people would say Gordon Hayward or Kevin Love. But if I had to pick between Love, Hayward and Herro, I'd go with Herro. He's more athletic and can shoot and make plays just as well as those two. He's just not as seasoned. I think Donte Divincenzo is arguably more athletic and has a higher ceiling than Herro, but I think the chances of him reaching his potential is extremely slim since no team has really chosen to invest in him the way the Heat has decided to invest in Herro. There are plenty of mixed players who are much better than Herro though. If you count them, then it's Steph Curry, depending on how far you're willing to bend the definition. Maybe Trae Young, Devin Booker, Blake Griffin, or Jamal Murray? I'd take Michael Porter Jr. over Herro too. Luka is obviously not American.

Currently? That's a tough one, all the good white guys are European right now... Domantas Sabonis? Even that is a bit of a cheat since his dad was Lithuanian, but he was born and partly raised here. If he doesn't count, maybe Gordon Hayward on the rare occasion that he is fully healthy.
