Who can you complain to when the FBI doesn't do it's job?

I have reported a type of terrorist crime to the FBI but when I do they say this conversation has ended and hang up on me on the phone. 

I have also written to them in details about this terrorist crime, filled out the forms online on their website, etc at local FBI offices and their headquarters in Washington DC but they never contact me about it. When I call them about it as to what happened to my report they tell me they threw it in the trash!FBI are very arrogant and if they are not up on some subject they think it's not going on! What can I do and who can I contact about how they are handling this?Thanks

I have even contacted Home Land Security about this and they are just as arrogant as the FBI!

Obviously a lot of you think the FBI is some kind of deity by your answers that have no flaws. You are stupid just like they are.

(Arrogance is to claim or seize without RIGHT.)Those of you who replied that I haven't a shread of evidence have not heard my case. Your wrong.It is a violation of law to not investigate into these matters by the FBI or police. Remember 9/11?
