MLA, How do I cite a book translated by someone who also wrote the introduction?

The book is written by the author, but the introduction makes up almost half the book. The introduction was the most useful part, but the man who wrote the introduction also translated the book. Would I cite the man twice, or label him as a translator? Could I label him as an author, even though he only wrote the introduction?

I'm using NoodleTools to cite the book.

Update:

When citing the introduction in a research paper (using footnotes), do I put the man who wrote the introduction as the source, or do I have to use the author of the book?
