Did China fail to keep the corona virus inside China?

they have freedoms too... would USA have been better?

It was in Europe three months before China 

The closed off/banned all internal travel from wuhan while still allowing international travel. Without warning anyone.  At the same time they started to purchase the worlds supply of PPE.  This is  known.  But even worse, during this time, even thought he WHO had numerous reports that some sort of infectious disease was out of hand. They still didn't put boots on the ground and investigate, which is what they are suppose to do. This thing could possible have been contained in China if those two, had done the right thing, in the beginning.

Yes, as a matter of fact, if we assume it started there, which is still not 100% certain. It was worse for Trump to fail to take appropriate steps and instead doing bad actions. 

Containing an infected set of people in a highly infectious new disease is a huge task, and China took major steps. Trump didn't, instead tearing up the plan already in place, firing a work team at the White House, ignoring reports completely, lying, taking no effective actions in reality, failing to prepare supplies, passing off leadership and then complaining at the leaders actions, etc. I excuse China more than Trump.
