WHy do men get called creeps when just simply asking for their number?
And no i didn't do anything creepy. I've heard this from other guys. its seems very common.

A "creep" is a man who approaches a woman who isn't attracted to him. It doesn't matter how politely and respectfully he approaches her, if she isn't interested in him he's a "creep", and his approach was "sexual harassment".
The only way to not be a "creep" is to only approach women who are actually attracted to you. But you can't know unless you actually make the approach, and if she wasn't actually attracted to you then you have already "harassed" her.
This isn't a problem for women because they don't ask men out.

Women aren't irrational animals. You probably did something weird, and don't want to think that you did.
