Santa appears to be independently wealthy and as a member of the "1%" he gets to do whatever he wants.

According to an internal memo from the U.S. Department of Defense, it appears Santa is gearing up for for a full toy delivery for 2020.

He has been inoculated from COVID-19 thanks to special cookies by Keebler Elves Pharmaceuticals.

He has employed the engineering division of the Black Ops Elves to upgrade his sleigh to utilize the Quantum ]|[ Black Sun Engine so he can be at all places at all times treating kids even better.  Currently finishing phase 3 preparations.. phase 4 will begin by the end of the week to be ready for deployment by Christmas.

Elves (outsourced to China) seem unaffected by COVID. Toy production, sleazy as many toys are today, is at full output.
