Can i drink almond milk with "take with food" medication instead of food?

My medication says "take with food" but i don't have any food :( i have almond milk so i just drank some of that, will this be ok or will i die now because i didn't take it with "food" i know almond milk is 98% water which bothers me, help please

    Well, milk is more substantial than a drink of water,  but you 'do' need to eat some food at some stage!

    No, you should have something solid to eat.

    It will probably upset your stomach or you could have absorption issues. You need to eat something like bread at least

    isn't almond milk a food?? think about that for a minute. AND the reason meds are taken with food is not to prevent death(dramatic much?) but to protect your stomach. Also, some meds absorb better when taken with food.

    Well, if you don't Have any food and have no intention to BUY any food, why bother taking the medication since you will die soon anyway.?

    OMG you aren't going to die, the worst that will happen is you probably will get an upset stomach, or the medication won't be as affective as it should be.

    Yes, almond milk is food, just as cow milk is.
