At home workouts I can do during lockdown? ?
Ok so California is going on lockdown tonight, I haven’t been to the gym since February and even cancelled my membership obviously does to the pandemic. Even tho I haven’t gone to the gym or workout much I have lost weight due to stress and a health scare i had back in May (everything came out fine) ever since May tho I haven’t gained that much weight however I did go back to school this fall and I tend to stress eat and I feel if I don’t start working out I will most likely gain the weight again.
The only workout I have done is go jogging but tbh Im getting bored of the routine and with the weather getting colder and the days getting darker earlier I feel unmotivated to go outside.
I was thinking about doing at home workouts something that will help me burn fat.
Can anyone recommend anything?

Thanks for asking.here are some few exercises that I have mentioned below that best suits for core strength.
**Forearms Plank**
A** 10 min** plank workout done appropriately ( “Sincerely”) can benefit you more than those 1000 of Brazilian crunches. Plank is a position which is similar to that of push ups but the difference is you have to hold a parallel board position where your body should be parallel to the ground and your weight should rest on your forearms.,Now hold the position for about 30 seconds.

**Side plank with leg lift**
This one is just a step ahead version of the previous one . All things remaining constant ( sounds mathematical, right). Hold up your core and lift your top leg (be it right or left) as high as you can while pointing your foot slightly down .Then lower down the leg. Comes out to be 1 rep . **Do 10 reps each sides** .

The difference between burpees and sprawl is that it's a bit advanced version where on the 4 th step your chest should be touching the floor.
***Do 15 reps for 10 times.***
6. ***Crunches***

An exercise which you must be familiar with from all of the above mentioned exercises. It's the second best exercise that works best for melting belly fat.
Do** 25 -30 reps of crunches for 10 times.**
