Just got a dell inspiron 13 7000 2in1 with 4K OLED monitor
Why I am not allow to do that? I can only watch at most 1080HD60p.

not every video is available in 4K. in fact VERY few are in 4K.
it depends on the source quality of the user's uploaded file.
also, keep in mind you will need a fairly fast internet connection to do 4K (25Mbps or more).

There are some monitors where you actually have to enable the 4k resolution. Check through the settings maybe.

Your computer can only run up to 1080p video. Having a higher resolution monitor does nothing.

Make sure the video you want to watch was actually uploaded in 4K. Not everyone does that. Also, there is a delay after the video is uploaded before the higher-resolution options become available.
