Why is the UK getting the Covid vaccine before the US considering Pfizer is a US company?

I think Uk doctors are successful in producing the best covid vaccine after lots of trials

For the same reason that you can get a vaccine from a UK pharmaceutical company like Glaxo if the US approves it before the UK does.

It was the first country to have their health officials / heath department approve it the use of the vaccine. 

My country should receive it by the end of December. 

The vaccine is being used in the UK, because they are the first country to approve it's use.

The UK has approved the distribution of the vaccine whereas the U.S. has a week or so to go before doing so.

Well hopefully. the US is a lot more stringent on approval.

3 months 1 week of testing on 30000 people doesn't seem like a good amount of test people to me.

Only UK has approved it, and it was manufactured in Belgium.

The USA has had the vaccine for quite awhile (as have other countries).   How do you think it was tested?

The FDA hasn't approved it's use yet.  The UK government was faster at that part.
