What do you prefer? Air B&B or a hotel to stay? and why?
Hello guys, I've got a friend who works for traveling agency and he has told me that he prefers Air B&B because sometimes it's cheaper and better than paying for a hotel for just a couple of nights and is expensive too.
What have been your experiences using the service of Air B&B?

It varies for me. In some places I prefer a hotel and in others an AirBnB. Sometimes the AirBnB is cheaper, and sometimes it's not. Sometimes it's a nicer place, and sometimes it's not. Sometimes it's a better location, and sometimes it's not. I always look through several options when traveling and decide what will be overall best for me on that particular trip.

It depends. For longer stays, Air BNB can be a much better deal. I plan on going to Portugal for 3 weeks and it will be $30 a night for a nice place. A hotel would easily run $100 a night. I get places with kitchens, so I can buy groceries and save money on food.
For shorter stays, I generally do hotels, as they have more amenities, like pools, bars and restaurants.

If staying for more than a couple of nights, I’d go Air B&B, just to have more space ( like a whole house , not just a room with the owner still there). In a big city. a decent apartment won’t cost any more than an average hotel.

Depends where I am going, how long, and what exactly I am looking for. AirB&Bs can be dumps, or not in an area needed. Also, may not want to do own laundry cooking etc.

I prefer a hotle. They're usually more conveniently located for what I want to do.
