I think Charlotte and Annabelle are both super cute names and would be a good twin set. Maybe Charlotte Elaine and Annabelle May?

I’m not a huge fan of Annabelle but Charlotte and Annabelle do sound good together and they are much better than matchy matchy names for twins

I think you picked some good names. 

Charlotte and Annabelle they are ok for twins. Not ones I would pick.  I dislike the middle names you picked. May is too common. But I would use it over Alma ( ugly)  and Sandra. I would use Elaine I guess.

Tbh IMO Charlotte and Annabelle sound like creepy old dolls names but if you like them use them.
