Depends on what you do. In many jobs getting an unexpected day off means you've completed a project early or the client loved the first draft so much you didn't have to do the additional work you thought you'd have to.

Yes, please be worried. Not for any real reason, but because it amuses me when random people on the internet ask me whether they should be worried even though no one here knows them.
