The President of the United States is the top of entire military. So can MP officer arrest the President such as soldier, too?

If the president were to commit a crime on a military base, or flee onto a military base after committing a crime or with an arrest warrant issued against him, then the MPs could detain him and turn him over to the appropriate federal, state, or local civilian LE agency. The president is a civilian and not subject to the UCMJ.

Since the President is a civilian, military MPs have no jurisdiction or authority over him.
