Physics Rotation problem?

A diver goes into a somersault during a dive by tucking her limbs. If her rotational kinetic energy is 138 J and her moment of inertia in the tuck is 7.4 kg · m^2, what is her rotational rate during the somersault (in rad/s)?

    KE = ½Iω²

    ω = √(2KE/I)

    ω = √(2(138)/7.4)

    ω = 6.1071... ≈ 6.1 rad/s
