How is Santa portrayed in Australia and other southern hemisphere cultures?

The Santa portrayal I've grown up with is a man bundled up for cold weather, but south of the equator it's summer in December. Is Santa portrayed differently there since it's hot instead of cold?

Wearing flip flops, floral pattern swim trunks and red rushguard riding a sleigh pulled by kangaroos and Mrs. Claus wearing a thong bikini.

Oh they have their own, he is called Atnas and lives at the South Pole. But Aussies are always on the naughty list so they get coal instead of presents, which is why they have so many barbies.

Most depictions I've seen show Santa as wearing board shorts and a short sleeve top...sometimes even a "Hawaiian" style shirt.

Type "Australian Santa" into your web search site of choice and see what images are returned.
