Buying a new phone?
When my current mobile phone contract comes to an end in May, I'm thinking of either buying a SIM card package with the intention of paying a cheaper price per month or buying a new phone. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J5 and the disadvantage is callers can't leave voice messages when the phone's on, only when it's switched off. If I buy a new phone I'm hoping for one in which callers can leave voicemail at all times. Anyone have any suggestions?

We have been with Consumer Cellular for years. Great service, great value (even better for 2 people who share!) and no contract. We bought our phones they them - downpayment, payments monthly with no interest. We have 2 Apple 8+ phones and no intention to change to anything newer.
