When your rent is up, yes.

No, not if you have a lease that has not expired.

Yes, if you are given 30 days notice to vacate.

Yes, if your lease is not to be renewed.

Not really you have to put in your thirty days notice to the landlord. Just tell him that you are looking but that you cant because you dont have such a place yet. Im sure that there are many other better places out there that you can lease. Stay away from ungrateful people.

No, as long as you have a current fixed term lease, you are current on the rent, and have not violated the lease terms in any other manner.

In most states in the USA, your landlord does not have to renew your lease, and can force you to move when it expires.

Not until your lease is up. He can't force you to move during a legally signed lease if your rent is current and you have caused no issues.

as long as you pay the amount on the lease then he cant move you , but the new lease when it comes in can be higher .. your not renegotiating a new lease .

That depends on whether you have a written lease or not. If you have a lease, the landlord is obligated to abide to all terms including the date of termination. He may not force you out earlier. If it is a non-lease month to month agreement, he may give you a 30 or 60 day notice, depending on the law for your state.

    no.... you signed a lease...

unless of course your lease is about to be up, you should have taken care of that and resigned the lease for another year or however many months

If your lease is up, then sure. Its their place, they can rent to whoever they want. They can't discriminate but if they think the other tenant is just a better tenant then they can kick you out and rent to someone else.
