Impossible to answer this question. However I can tell you that it will cost way more than you think it will. Body work is very expensive. Any body shop can give you an estimate as to the cost of repair.

Hard to tell from that pic. New wing obviously but can’t tell if the bumper is just scuffed or needs replacing.
Also you can have no idea if any damage underneath. The wheel looks to be at a slight angle , so maybe the suspension has taken a knock too. The wheel itself could be damaged but that bit of the photo is very dark.
Strangely the bonnet seems untouched which is odd given the damage to the adjacent panel.

The problem with any impact damage on a modern unibody vehicle is not the damage you can see but rather the hidden damage behind those panels. If you're lucky, the bumper can be refinished and maybe you're just looking at a new fender.
On the other hand, you may need a new re-bar, rad support, bumper brackets, head lamp, etc.
As a very rough guess, I'm going to guess anywhere between $1000 and $3500.

Just what we can see: new bumper, fender, hood, headlamp . . . . and who knows how much we can't see. At least $4000 using real factory parts. Don't know what kind/year car it is - might be totaled. If the air bags went too - it's junk.

Around $2000USD to have a professional shop do the repairs, assuming it's just body and no chassis or suspension repair.
