You need to look at a map. Atlanta is a sprawling city with a lot of suburban communities. Any "small towns" would be a good 2 hours commute. But there are many areas that are thriving and great places to live. It all depends on what you can afford. Atlanta is over 50% African American. None of the suburbs are really any more "racist" than others. You might have noticed that incidents of police shootings of African Americans have mostly NOT been in the Southeast. That's because most southern cities have African American mayors and chiefs of police, and many, many African American police officers. I think you've been influenced by stereotypes of the South. Trendy neighborhoods in Atlanta include East Atlanta and College Park. 

Orthodoxy = the only true faith; Roman Catholics tried one cup - one spoon ritual and got sick with Bubonic plague; if heresy enters Orthodox monastery then monks/nuns will get sick with flu/tuberculosis (for instance); Orthodox churches who closed for COVID or had disposable cups/spoons or dipped spoon into alcohol are no longer brides of Christ (now they serve Satan and honor Satan's new COVID religion). I have friends who are black that once they reach their 30’s even they began to feel ashamed of the black community.
