Just stop playing video games, take your skateboard down to the mall and get a job.

If it were me, I would accept it and be grateful because I don't want them to feel bad or anything, but if I were in your shoes...
I think I would drop subtle hints such as
"I would love to have an Xbox Series X, I hear it goes two times faster than the last model!" (I am not sure if this is true or not, just an expression)
or
"I am gonna start saving up for the brand new Xbox Series X"
I hope I am not to late answering this, anyway hope it helps, have Merry Christmas :D

Tell your parents to return it and get you a lump of coal instead.

I would attempt the work around (choice C) but if that doesn't work then give hints until they catch on...
Of course if they have a PS5 you might be able to sell it for a lot (even after Christmas) and make a tidy profit to buy games or whatever.

Make it clear beyond any doubt
that you want an xbox rather than a PS5.
There is still enough time for them to return anything
they have already bought before the big day,
but time is a hotrod in these situations,
so Do Not Delay making your wishes known.

You want the PlayStation.
I have both, and the X-box (MicroSoft) is always asking for Money for this and that.
The PS is much easier to navigate.
