Last time I tried, the clerk laughed and told me Tower Records only sold CD's and cassettes anymore. There is starting a resurgence of vinyl records, some high quality, not high quality and used. When I want to play a record, I go in my basement and get out one to play o my very old Garrard 40b turntable. These days, I mainly use digital recordings, except when I record myself on metal tape.

inyl record sleeves are nice to look at. They have more aesthetic appeal compared to CDs or tapes. A shelf full of vinyl record have more impact compared to a shelf full of CDs or a media player with billions of music files. Some people even buy vinyl records just because they love the packaging.

Just download songs to a flash drive. I don’t think many people buy vinyl records anymore. Recently my uncle was trying to sell hundreds of vinyl records but nobody wanted them.

No, but I occasionally look around at hdtracksDOTcom to see what's available.

They are the only kind of records I've ever bought! I don't buy them now although if I saw a rare or valuable one I would.

    Not for 35 years now.

I much prefer CDs, both for durability and ease of handling, as well as ability to swiftly copy the content to other devices or media.

No, why would I when I can stream all the music I want. Also, vinyl records require expensive hardware to play and sound as good as they can, which is still not as good as high quality digital music.

No, they are mostly for collectors or people that prefer the original version of the older way of listening to music and get satisfactory feelings
