Stopped payment issued ?

Update on a previous question. My 13 year old nephew withdraw 5k overdrawing my account. Anyway I called the bank and they put a stop payment on the charges reversing them after explaining the situation. I clearly started I had no way of proving it was my nephew. What’s going to happen next ?

Update:

Sorry to be clear he used a online casino app on my phone with my back account linked

Instead of spamming the same question on here, your time would be better spent talking to this child's mother and your bank

Let the bank complete their investigation and proceed from there.  Personally, I'd file a police report.

Your nephew?  How did that happen?  Have a word with your sibling, this is unacceptable

If you got all the money back, they probably won't press charges as it's a minor.  If the money was gone, they might be more apt to investigate.

I'd be more concerned with how a 13 year old was able to withdraw money from your account.
