Your question indicates that you have a lot of work to do on your English first.

You must prove you (& your parents) have sufficient funds for all school + living expenses + return transportation to your country of citizenship to apply for student visa IF a university accepts you. Expect to need a minimum of USD50,000/year for 4 years to pay for bachelor's degree. First, therefore, do you & your parents have the necessary funds? If not, there's NO point spending the time & money applying for admission to any universities in the US. 

You have already missed most deadlines to submit completed applications - including SAT/ACT exam scores, TOEFL exam scores, letters of recommendation, high school transcripts with translation to English AND equivalency evaluation by WES (or similar organization), etc. You're too late to start researching schools & fulfilling requirements to apply for admission to the 2021-22 school year, which starts in late-August/early-September 2021. Do your homework, research schools & their admissions requirements, etc, & plan to apply in September-November 2021 for admission in Fall 2022.

Poland and Greece

You can apply direct to any US university.  Look on any US university’s web site for almost all information you will  need. You can contact the school’s international student office for help. 

You need to take the SAT or ACT.   collegeboard.org. Or act.org.  Some schools have waived that due to the pandemic.

You need to apply, be accepted, prove you can pay and apply for a student visa.  You could easily need $50,000-$80,000 or more PER YEAR. 

University of Texas tuition, room and board, books for this year is about $59,000. Then you add on costs of transportation, health insurance, personal expenses and you can be at $70,000+ per year. Costs go up each year. 

Universities will have a deadline date to apply. The majority (but by no means all) of universities have the deadline date of January 1st 2021 to start in Fall 2021.   University of Texas, Austin deadline date was 12/15/2020 for the Fall 2021 school year.

You can also look into studying at a university in your country that offers a study aboard program to the US and specifically to Texas.  These can be for as little as two weeks to one full school year.
