Young nephew overdrew my account. Final update last post?

My nephew was on my phone and withdraw over 5 online casino app. I Immediately contact him my bank Explaining the exact situation. The charges still went through but today they were reversed and I was charged a $30 stop payment fee. I called up the bank and the rep Assured me that the stop payment will make it impossible for the company to withdraw the funds It’s not a dispute or a charge back. Is this true ? What further actions cut the Casino app take?

    They can sue you or take you to small claims court for payment. I sure hope you gave that kid a beating he will remember and smashed his phone, computer and tv. He should have to earn those things back.
