    The CORRECT grammar should be used, along with the correct spelling.

    When describing previous jobs and schooling, past tense. When describing skills and achievements or similar things, present tense. Employers want to know what you have done and what you can do. Both show them what exactly you're capable of and how you'll be an asset. Good luck.
