You are counting your chickens too soon.  There is no second stimulus until Trump signs the bill, and so far he is throwing a tantrum and refusing to say whether he will sign it.  Federal unemployment benefits lapsed today because he did not sign, and the federal government will shut down on Tuesday if he does not sign.  Do not expect him to sign, just because it would be the ethical and logical thing to do.

If you assume Trump does the right thing, you can also assume the IRS will do the right thing and retain your information.  If you got the first check, they have everything they need.
