Sure.  Why not.  If a guy can be a girl at the track meet, why can't  a white guy be a black guy?  Or what can't a black guy be a white guy, like Michael Jackson.  It's such a stupid idea I'm sure that the PC people will embrace it. 

What are "trans-racial rights"? Does that mean I can switch racial identity -- or what? I can't answer the question unless you explain the term.

Absolutely, they are human beings like anyone else. 

HUMANS have rights. As human is the only race I acknowledge, I can't accept the concept of transracial anything.

Yo mean normal human rights for everyone?  Of course.

I have no idea what "transracial" rights are, but all rights should apply to all persons equally not to groups.

Equal rights is all they get.
