I'm really hoping for Spiderman 4 to come out. Is there any chance of it happening?

Its possible, if Tobey being in the the new Spider-Man 3 is a smash hit and with Raimi working with Marvel now maybe they'll consider making a years later Spider-Man 4. I would enjoy watching that. 

Spiderman Homesick movie is coming with Actor Tom Holland

The Spiderman franchise has been done to death.  With Stan Lee passing I don't see much chance of any further sequels.

If Tobey plays a big part in Tom's Spiderman 3, then you can consider Tom's Spiderman 3 as Tobey's Spiderman 4.

Usually they only do trilogies. 3 part movies and no more. Why do you think there is no Ironman 4 even though Robert has multiple roles in Avengers and Spiderman.

With Tobey Maguire? No chance. Tobey Maguire barely acts anymore.
