Arizona prop 207- legally. ?

So we all know that Arizona now passed for recreational use. But what’s the actual date to buy marijuana legally?

Today? Or scheduled planned date?

It's legal now but the licensing process to sell cannabis in Arizona is being done now. It is estimated that some time in March, 2021 dispensaries should begin to open. We went through the same thing in California but there were just a few cities where dispensaries open up on the first day it was legal. My wife and I went out and bought some on day one and we were expecting lines several blocks long but there were almost none!

Is a sliding scale.  I'd suggest that you research by County.

Different provisions will go into effect at different times. Some of them will not go into effect till July of 2021; like expungements for prior violations.

The ballots for Prop 207 were certified by the Arizona Secretary of State on Nov 30, 2020, officially making the voter-approved ballot measure into a new law. However, until ground rules are established, you can not buy or sell it. You can only grow your own.
