Is a 1/2 corgi mix with1/2 mountain cur. A big medium or small dog for a inside dog? ?

Its a mutt.   No one can even begin to guess what size this dog will be..  So no one can advise if it will meet size requirements or not.

This likely will ve an energetic dog..  So unless you plan on lots of walks or trips to the park for exercise, no oy wont be suitable for an apartment

You will get an mixture of both sizes & probably can't tell until the pups are a few weeks old.  The pups could be anywhere in between the two sizes.  The pups will lack any kind of uniformity.

I do not recommend dogs in apartments unless there is a backyard for the dog.  Dogs need a yard of their own.

No way to know, since any mix can vary widely as to how it may turn out and you do not even indicate the size of the parents.  (FYI there are 16 different types of hunting curs.)  They can range up to 24-26" at the shoulder and 60 lbs, which is considered a LARGE breed. The mix may take after just the cur, as to size, not be an even split.  Corgis run 25-27 lbs, and if the mix divided evenly between the parents, you would have a 40-44 lbs dog = (IMO a BIG medium) but genes do not necessarily express themselves, evenly as to actual phenotype = presented in a mixed bred.

Neither of these very active hunting and herding (parental breeds) of the said mix - will have a suitable temperament or personality for apartment living - (which is equally important, IMO).  Both breeds are HIGHLY active and need to have a JOB (doing what they were bred to do) or something else very active - like doing regular agility training, tracking, nose work, etc.  Corgis are very BARK prone & the Cur is used to baying, when after quarry; both are rated as very VOCAL breeds.  Both are also protective ALARM barkers and again, NOT suitable for living ON TOP of many other people in an apartment setting with THIN walls.  

Apartments usually have a specific size (either weight or shoulder height) as to size (ALLOWED) rather than allowing you to choose a dog, based on some UNDEFINED notion of "small" or "medium" which can vary - from person to person.(If you read the apartment rules or your lease) I am sure an actual weight or shoulder height will be mentioned, or your landlord will indicate such if asked.... 

(Frankly, you should WANT any size LIMIT mentioned **in writing**, so they cannot change it on your later - if they do not like whatever dog you decide on.)  Many apartments not only have size limits but may also have *breed* restrictions, so be sure you read all the fine print on what type of dog - you are, and are NOT allowed to have.

No one can tell what size of dog a mixed breed will be... however if it takes any genetics from the mountain cur they are NOT suitable at all for an apartment, they are a working breed and will NEED 'a job' and if you do not give them one then they will find their own 'job' and that could very well be chewing, damaging and trashing your home

That depends on which genes the offspring have taken.   I'd suggest at least medium sized.   Not really knowing that a 'mountain cur' looks like - sorry.
