Gym Advice please?

So I just started the gym a couple months ago and I always done Monday and Thursday chest shoulder triceps then Tuesday Friday back and biceps then legs on Wednesday but on the chest shoulder and triceps day I have a problem, I start with bench press then incline Dumbell press then I move onto a lateral chest press and then cable flys and then shoulders but I always feel weak when I move onto shoulders making me do lower weights. I don’t know how I can increase my endurance and last longer in the gym. Please help

    There is nothing wrong with doing lower weight.

    doing to much . Over training that day. Try monday Legs and shoulders with traps. Wednesday chest and triceps . Friday back and biceps.  Thats my routine for years now.

    Do shoulders on their own on a different day
