i sometimes hear high-pitched sounds but only if im in a certain position. what is this a sign of? should i be worried?

    Positional Tinnitus.

    It may or may not be related to where your laptop is but definitely how your head and body are positioned.

    It is called tinnitus, an inner Ear Problem.  there is no fix for it.   I have had it for years.

    See your doctor.

    Could be tinnitus or an inner ear infection? maybe see a doctor.

    From your computer?  It's probably nothing to worry about; computer fans run all the time, and sometimes they make funny sounds.  You might blow it out with airduster if you have any (or blow into it hard, either directly or through a straw).  Sometimes they get clogged up with dust.
