I believe in God, the father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
I believe in God because he has left his fingerprints everywhere. I believe in God because he revealed himself in Jesus. I believe in God because Jesus died and rose again. And I believe in God because he revealed himself to me, gave me eyes to see and faith to believe, and drew me by his Spirit to embrace his Son as my Savior.

Because I cannot logically explain how there was nothing, and then there was something, my mind can only say that their was a creator. as far if that creator was conscience, that's debatable

No. There are literally many thousands, probably millions of claims of supernatural beings and occurrences. Why should we believe them without evidence? At least Ghost and Psychic believers try to find evidence. They show up with equipment to try to detect things beyond human senses. They give tests to see if people can identify what card a researcher is seeing.
Yet we have positive proof that huge chunks of the most popular Holy Books are inaccurate. Specifically the creation myths. And yet, so many cling to their Invisible Friend...a superstition most children grow out of early on.

To which god are you referring, exactly? Remember, there are hundreds of gods and versions of gods that people believe in.
