Can my teacher Take my property and not give them back until my parents come and get them?

Yes, if you're under 18. Your property is really your parents' property. We haven't had the "teacher took my phone" questions for quite a while- because most students are at home, on-line. I miss them. Too bad no one tells kids that the courts say they have no rights until they're 18.
