You have 8 gb (Fire TV Stick Lite).  It only stores the apps and most apps are under 100 mb. The biggest app I have is Amazon prime at 110 mb (this is on the iPhone so it’s probably the same on the fire stick).  I also have several apps that’s less than 30 mb (SHO anytime, the CW). If you assume that each app averages out to 100 mb each, that’s enough for 80 apps. 

You need to give some context to your question. It comes with 1 GB of storage and is expandable via a USB thumbdrive, I believe.  If you're going to try and download every app out there for it -- yeah, I guess you'll fill the thing up pretty quickly.  But if you're downloading apps that you'll use -- there's plenty of space.

If you're still worried, hop into YouTube and do a search on "How to add space to my FireStick".

Friend I'm a computer man I strongly advise against you getting a fire stick or any smart Stick they simply do not have the power to render and stream things with any performance. Go on eBay and get an h96 Max Android TV box. They work with the Google play store you can connect a full-sized keyboard to it it will basically do anything a computer will do and it has enough RAM to actually do the job. 

It also has a slot where you can put a storage card into it and guess what it doesn't cost any more than a fire stick and it comes rooted that is it's unlocked
