Do I need to set line spacing in my chapter heads and chapter titles?

    What!! Have you finished your cover,  blurbs, dedication and forward? Are you actually going to start writing? Nah, stupid thing for me to ask.

    All you need to do is go away. You're never going to write anything.

    You should have at least two blank lines between the chapter title and the first paragraph of text.
