Can President Trump be inpeached again?
Yeah you know there’s been a lot going on over there in Washington this week and my boy Barry says that Trump could be inpeached again. I thought that since he was already inpeached last year that he couldn’t be again you know because of that double jeopardy law. Is that possible?

He can be impeached every time he blows his nose. Each and every offense he may commit is considered a separate crime and the fact that he was impeached for one act does not preclude impeachment for another.

Double jeopardy actually counts only when attempting to try or impeach for the same crimes. If Trump were impeached this time, it would be for an entirely different set of crimes against the Constitution and the United States. He won't be impeached this time because with 13 days left he'll be out of office.
Then...then...Trump can be tried in a court of law for real crimes that he's committed as a private citizen...like sexual assault or tax fraud for example. It would be more fulfilling to see him thrown in jail rather than just kicked out of office...don't you think?

Yes, but (a) there's not enough time and (b) he still hasn't committed any impeachable offenses. However, don't let that stop you!

Yes, he can be impeached. Honestly the House should have started impeachment hearing the moment the Georgia recording was verified.

Of course and the traitor should be impeached.

Sure he can. They can impeach him a million times. It just can’t be for the same reason.
