Yes, it could be an abscessed tooth.  If so it needs to be pulled.  With the swelling it has gone past just a cavity & is much worse than that.  See your Vet.

Dog is in severe pain & you need to get that tooth removed.

Needs a vet diagnosis on this.    Highly likely to be a tooth issue and possibly a tooth abscess..

However could even be what my poor old boy has just been diagnosed with which is a tumour in the periodontal ligament..

Get him checked out.

Get your dog down to the vets and get the 'leg shaking' correctly diagnosed, and stop treating something with vitamins when you have no clue what you are doing or treating. All B vitamins help the body to convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which is used to produce energy.......... now your dog has yet another issue which clearly is inflammed, potentially infected and painful

lumps and bumps need to be checked out.

Dog may have an abscess.  Could be dental related.    Dog is obviously in pain.   Time for a vet visit.

It's probably an infected or impacted tooth.  No, "too much vitamins" don't cause swelling, huge or otherwise.  He appears to be in pain.  I understand this is why God invented Veterinarians.

The most likely scenario is a cracked and/or infected PRE-MOLAR.  See the vet, ASAP.  Dog needs the correct antibiotics to control the infection and to reduce swelling.... BEFORE the tooth is removed.  Been there; with two of my own = same symptoms.

Your vet DID NOT suggest giving large and frequent amounts of vitamin B for leg shaking (as there is no medical correlation).  However, you should be aware of the signs of Vitamin B TOXICITY (and obviously you are not).  So when you go to see the vet CONFESS the DIY treatment (you INVENTED out of thin air) and and get the leg problem DIAGNOSED and then correctly TREATED.
