My wife is about 6 weeks pregnant. Up until a few days ago she just had minor discomfort and she was eating and walking around. The last 3 days though the nausea has really kicked in and she’s mostly been laying in bed and it’s hard for her to eat as it’s affecting the stomach too. I guess this is normal but my question is should she tough it out and get up and walk around and start eating more or is it ok for her to just lay in bed indefinitely until it gets better? She says it’s hard for her to do anything right now other than eat. It’s our first time with pregnancy and we don’t know much.

We just noticed there’s a slight swell under the eye area, what could it be? We tried to touch the area and the dog got agitated. The other side of the face same spot he was fine with. We have been giving him a lot of vitamin b supplements for his leg shaking could it just be too much vitamins? Is it a cavity?

We live in a county with highest infection rates and we have some at risk in the house so please respect that fact. We’re supposed to assume everyone we get close to has the virus. I need some repairs done to the interior of my car, what’s the best way to make sure car interior is safe after a few people get into it probably not wearing masks or gloves. Of course I’ll disinfect but when the car is ready will their aerosols still be in there should I tell them to leave windows open? Thanks 

My wife had strong cramps but no blood about 5 days before her period.
