If you believe that a if a person said no to a guilty crime, would you believe them? Yes or no?
Does it depend? Why or why not do you think this way? If someone for example said they "stole" money from somewhere and if the chances are if they didn't, that means the answer is "no". Correct? Like for example, if someone commited a "crime" called pedophilia, and if they didn't do it, and the other person agreed that they we're not molested or raped, does that mean that they didn't do it or did they? Your update is irrefutable proof you what someone to say whatever it is you want to hear. You DO NOT want actual answers to your question. While I don't work in the legal field, I mostly agree with the first answer you attacked without basis.

You need to take some anger management courses. After that, I work in the legal system. Sometimes I believe people who say they are innocent; sometimes I don't. It depends on the accusation and the evidence. There is no "standard feeling." I see abused women deny they were abused on a very regular basis. Pedophilia is in the same category of protecting the abuser.
